Wolfgang Orgeldinger became Chief Executive Officer of IFCO SYSTEMS in August 2013. At the same time, he was also appointed Group President of the Reusable Plastic Crates (RPCs) segment of IFCO's parent company, Brambles Limited. Orgeldinger joined the company in December 2000 and served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2002 until August 2013. Before that, he was Head of IT and e-logistics as CIO of the company. Before joining IFCO, Mr Orgeldinger held various executive positions with Information Technology distribution company Computer 2000, among them Executive Vice President of the Computer 2000 Group and prior to that Managing Director of Computer 2000 Germany. He was a member of Computer 2000's Executive Management Board, responsible for the group's entire European logistics, technical services, assembly services and IT. He previously worked for 10 years in various management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and has an MBA from the University of Bayreuth, Germany.
Chief Financial Officer IFCO SYSTEMS N.V.
Margit Kendler became Chief Financial Officer of IFCO in November 2016. Before joining IFCO, Ms. Kendler served as Financial Director at Mondi Group, where she held several financial leadership positions since 2008. Prior to Mondi Group, Margit served as Country Financial Manager and Director of Finance and Administration at Sandvik, where she worked since 2000. Ms. Kendler earned a Master’s Degree in Commercial Science from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien with a specialization in Industrial Commerce and European Integration, and a CEMS Master in Enterprise Strategy from HEC Paris.
Chief Operations Officer, IFCO
Michael Meierhoefer became Chief Operations Officer (COO) IFCO SYSTEMS / SVP Operations in July 2017. Michael joined IFCO in 2010 as Managing Director for Central Europe (Germany and Austria/CEE). In 2013 he was promoted to the VP IFCO Central and North European Region. Prior to IFCO Michael worked for two years as a partner in an executive search and consultancy company. Before that he worked for four years as Head of Key Account Management and later as Managing Director Sales & Marketing for UNIVEG Germany, the leading company in the fresh produce sector in Germany. Prior to that Michael worked for four years as a Senior Consultant for Roland Berger and before that for four years as a regional Account Manager for Johnson and Johnson. He started his professional career as a trainee at the German retail company Tengelmann. Michael graduated with an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden, Germany. He also served an apprenticeship for Wholesale and Foreign Trade at COBANA, a leading Fresh Produce Importer and Wholesaler.
