SUMMARY:

Responsible for driving data innovation, efficiencies and process solutions for the Customer Operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive new and innovative data solutions. Transform existing data processes to improve efficiency and deliver results within supply chain asset management teams

Spearhead data matching initiative and reconciliation between grower and retailer customer data

Research and uncover root causes and diagnose severity of errors related to data transmission and operational challenges

Manage issue investigation through direct access to retail customer systems and their teams. Track and own discrepancies driving to full and lasting resolution

Act as Subject Matter Expert on all retail and grower customer data inputs including the supplier item detail form

Document and continually improve data transfer processes from retail systems to IFCO systems

Develop comprehensive list of KPIs to assess retail data accuracy and provides routine trend reporting to retail and IFCO stakeholders

Provide training to relevant retail and corporate resources to reduce data processing errors/issues

Liaison between growers and retailer customers regarding data match and the introduction/exit of line items in the retail supply chain, including seasonality, new SKU and adoption, new grower adoption etc.

Report regularly to the business on the status of data matching and actions to address.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required

Minimum 3 years retail data systems experience preferred such as Retail Link

Experience with root cause analysis and providing solutions

Demonstrated initiative for continuous improvement and proposal/ownership of solutions

Proven ability to achieve and exceed metrics

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Drive and delivery; a self-starter who can navigate through ambiguity

Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to manage multiple priorities with time sensitive deadlines

Proven time management, planning and organizational skills

Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel with formulas, pivot tables, and macros

Experience with Qlik and MyIFCO preferred

Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred
