Responsible for measuring, influencing and driving the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
• Drive sales effectiveness initiatives within the grower sales teams to maximize sales results as well as overall productivity (Initiatives, projects, process, systems) • Provide meaningful analysis of pipeline health, customer health, overall profit margin and make recommendations to improve results. • Lead projects and initiatives for the sales organization • Monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and provide insights into sales productivity and market penetration. • Develop automated management level reports and dashboards to provide benchmarking and progress against key goals and enable decision making • Assist sales leaders to drive margin with reporting accuracy. • Continually evaluate, develop and implement new, meaningful methods for data analysis to provide insights to overall sales performance • Analyze, measure and make recommendations for all sales incentive programs
• Bachelor’s Degree is required • Minimum 5 years overall experience working with sales data analytics with actual sales experience preferred • Experience in a supply chain or manufacturing company that sells through multiple channels preferred • Proven ability to work effectively within complex decision making and organizational structures
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access • Intellectually curious with an understanding of general business • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills • Highly motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented
