Point of contact for all data elements related to the management of reusable crates within retail supply-chain, communicate and build data models to support successful implementation and day-to-day management of business strategies. ( Home based position)
• Support all reporting requirements to map and track End to End program with assigned retail customer(s) • Collaborate on continuous Business Intelligence improvements and best practices to optimize and streamline and automate reporting processes • Evaluate operational processes measuring outcomes to ensure desired results and provide those measures to customer • Leverages analytics to develop solid Key Performance Indicator strategies for field execution and/or account • Serves as a point of influence and effectively communicates performance measurements and impact of initiatives internal and to the customer • Statistical analysis of results to identify impact of initiatives • Leverage data available, identify opportunities and potential/likely outcomes from putting recommendations into action • Compiles data into reports that support both findings and recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate related work experience • Currently living within daily commute to Bentonville, AR (no relocation offered) • Minimum 5 years of related retail data analytics experience including additional understanding of grocery retail or fresh produce distribution • Minimum 3 years of data profiling and building data models/forecast experience as well as defining and implementing data integration architecture • Experience with analysis of sales data from POS such as Retail Link required • Prior experience working with major retailer such as Walmart with fresh produce industry preferred
• Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficient in building data models • Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels and in all disciplines, both internally and externally, and to develop strong internal networks is essential • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills • Adept at working independently, setting priorities and maintaining accountability • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Computer literacy required, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables), and Qlik or similar applications
