Manager Talent Management (m/f/d)

In this role you develop, implement and optimize continuously a holistic people & talent management approach and its corresponding methods, processes and tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • You put in place appropriate talent management review processes
  • You encourage the deployment of the Workday talent module
  • You support the development of leadership development programs for targeted groups and levels
  • You design relevant Learning and Development concepts that reflect new ways of learning
  • You work on a competency development and roll out, design of personal development plans, coaching and facilitate talking talent/development sessions
  • You lead the implementation of learning management system including development of learning paths & company specific content
  • You utilize data and analytics to continuously evaluate and improve the existing learning material and offers
  • You deliver employee engagement surveys and develop action plans
  • You assist with selected organizational development activities.
  • You participate in cross-functional projects for continuous development of our employee experience and corporate culture

We expect:

  • You hold a university degree in economics, social sciences or psychology
  • You have at least five years of working experience in HR development or talent management in a globally operating company
  • You demonstrate know-how in the design, implementation and execution of HR development and talent management measures and instruments
  • You are able to understand and analyze business needs and translate them into actionable and solution-oriented projects and reflecting those with state-of-the-art market approaches
  • You have skills in coaching and/or mentoring
  • You show proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • You have proven ability to work effectively across cultures and with remote teams.
  • You are customer focused and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
  • You show knowledge of change management principles and practical experience helping individuals and teams navigate organizational change
