Regional Asset Management Representative (Denver or Salt Lake City)

Full territory responsibility for all asset recovery in the assigned territory responsible for the Mountain region including Denver, CO and Salt Lake, City, UT, WY. Identify and recover RPC’s in the possession of nonparticipating distributors, produce markets, and other entities.

Key Accountabilities

• Visit and call on non-participating distributors and recycler locations to recover IFCO assets that have fallen out of the network. • Utilize company provided tools: laptop, various databases to monitor flows in and out of your territory to locate and negotiate the successful return of our assets back into the network. • Responsible for tracking and recovery of non-participating distributor transfers into the territory. • Builds relationships with the non-participating distributors and local recyclers in their assigned territory as well as communicating new sales opportunities. • Performs retail audits to report customer compliance use for sales opportunities. • Works with Operations and Transportation to reduce service failures within their account base and to develop and deploy cube utilization opportunities. • Ensure that audit data is accurate and submitted according to deadlines. • Recommend improvements to audit process. • Minimum 20 visits per week

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum AA degree or commensurate work experience • Minimum 4 years of work experience – Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, Agriculture, or related field preferred • Ability to lift 35 lbs. frequently • Clean motor vehicle driving record

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Produce and Plastic Recycler Supply Chains helpful • Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision • Willingness to support other team members • Detail oriented and highly organized • Computer literacy required, including proficiency in Microsoft applications with interest and ability to learn other technology platforms • Bilingual with Spanish fluency helpful
