Develop and implement an EDI strategy and liaise between 3rd party vendor, customers, sales and asset control to provide technical expertise and support for all conversions. Responsible for maintaining and designing solutions while integrating with customer’s IT infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Lead the selection process and provide recommendations for vendor to execute an effective EDI strategy  Responsible for managing third party support for internal and external customers including troubleshooting, identifying system and process improvements, quality assurance, workflow management  Develop and maintain relationships with sales and customers on value proposition to implement EDI  Project management oversight of full cycle EDI implementation status and related timelines  Create and present cost benefit analysis of EDI transition and provide recommendations of best practices  Develop, implement and maintain technical documentation and business processes interfaces for customer specific integrations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

 BS in Business Administration, Operations, IT, Engineering, or commensurate relevant work experience  Minimum 5 years providing customer support in a technical environment.  Minimum 5 years EDI integration experience with Business to Business (B2B) Integration

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

 Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present difficult concepts, training, and reporting to internal and external customers  Detailed knowledge of business processes and application functionality.  Extensive knowledge of EDI Standards as well as Industry Standards management processes  Proficient in MS Office Suite  Proven background with providing systems support to internal and external users to resolve issues  Knowledge of Produce Supply Chain helpful

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Fluency in another language in addition to English such as Spanish or French helpful
